The applicant had a stellar cover letter, aced every assignment you threw at it and sailed through the interview rounds. And now –as cherry on top– you want to send the applicant an offer… in the form of a dreary 20-page document that’s hardly readable. This is not how you want to celebrate the start of a new partnership with a new colleague. That’s why PHYSEE wanted to change the perspective on employee agreements as well. An agreement that reflects the company and its values.

We put a lot of emphasis on our core values and explaining our mission when attracting new talent. And when the exciting moment comes that we send an employment agreement, we want to reflect this as well. The standard long and legal document is the opposite of what we are and want to be. So instead, together with Patroon Legal Design, we’ve created an employee agreement that represents us and our core values and it is a joy to send to new colleagues
