How we work
Lawyers, designers, engineers. One team.
Legal work produces documents. Contracts, pleadings, compliance frameworks, policy manuals. Most of it is rigorous, carefully reasoned, technically correct. But crafting documents is not the where the work ends. A judge needs to see the shape of a case. A board needs to grasp a risk in five minutes. Thousands of employees need to actually follow a policy. Bridging that gap takes a different kind of approach.
Our team combines legal knowledge, design expertise, and engineering capability. All in-house.
What this means in practice: we can move from problem to solution without the friction that usually sits between disciplines.
Most of our work falls into four areas: litigation, AI & tools, compliance and contracts.
What's the goal?
Who needs to understand it?
What's getting in the way?
What format makes sense?
When does it need to land?

Complex cases, clear visuals.
Designed to become the shared reference point in court or arbitration.
International arbitrations, national court proceedings, often with extensive evidence and documentation. Traditional pleadings aren't enough. We create graphics and videos to make it land in the courtroom:
- Timelines and relationship maps
- Party diagrams—the "who is who" of a case
- Videos explaining technical background
We integrate tightly with case teams. Timelines are often short. We're used to the litigation dynamics.

Legal AI that works.
Built by people who understand legal.
We build AI tools for legal teams. Not generic chatbots, but purpose-built applications that solve specific problems:
- Timeline generators from case files
- Document analysis and extraction tools
- Custom assistants trained on your domain
We start with the problem, not the technology. What takes hours that should take minutes? Where does information get lost? Then we build. Most tools run in your environment—Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform. No external dependencies, no data leaving your systems.

Making regulations land.
Complex obligations, made actionable for the people who need to follow them.
We work with legal teams facing a growing wave of regulation:
- Interactive guides and compliance dashboards
- Visual explainers for complex regulations
- Built to be used, not just read
We work closely with in-house legal teams and their tech departments. Most of what we build runs on their stack—Power Apps, Microsoft suite, SharePoint. No external licenses, no dependencies on us. Nothing leaves their environment.

Contracts people actually read.
Legally sound. Clear to the people using them.
Contract redesigns, policy documents, visual explanations. Structured for the audience, not just the file:
- B2B and B2C contracts
- Customer agreements, partnership terms
- Employment contracts, handbooks
We restructure, rewrite, add visuals. Make them clearer, more aligned with the brand, more inviting to read. The goal is always the same: contracts that support relationships, not just document them.

Confidentiality
NDAs are standard. On sensitive matters, we work in-house at law firms, in their systems. We don't share project information.
Timelines
From multi-month projects to one-day turnarounds. We scope what's realistic upfront.
Billing
Fixed fee (preferred—scoped in advance), hourly, or retainer. We're flexible.
We worked with
Complexity that needs structure?
Get in touch
A complex case. A document that isn't landing. Regulation that needs translating into practice. We're happy to think along, no strings attached, and see what we can do.
