Ravenna Buijs
Designer
Ravenna studied graphic design at ArtEZ. She worked on the MH17 legal roadmap, the Social Legal Map of Amsterdam, and visual contracts. She also gives guest lectures on legal design at universities.
Ravenna makes legal complexity visible. From courtroom visuals to visual contracts and campaigns — she translates abstract legal information into images that work.
At Patroon she worked on the MH17 legal roadmap, the Social Legal Map of Amsterdam, and the Sustainable Employment Contract. She gives guest lectures on legal design at Utrecht University, Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, and Tilburg University.
Her background is in graphic design at ArtEZ, with experience in exhibition design and experience design. That combination of spatial thinking and information design shows in her work: finding structure in complex stories and translating them into visuals.
